These
conditions aim to define the rights and obligations of our company and
its consumers through the online sale of articles submitted by our
website
Sales online store are subject to these general conditions of sale
and any order placed by the buyer implies acceptance on the content of
the provisions below.
1. Terms of bids:
The Shop reserves the right to modify or to change these general conditions of sale.
The items offered for sale in The Store are presented and detailed
so that all consumers will be able to identify the essential
characteristics of the products they would buy (Article L 111-1 of the
Consumer Code). The photos that illustrate the description of items are
provided for information only and are not contractual.
2. Rates:
Prices are in euros and are exclusive of freight charges.
The store reserves the right to revise its prices at any time but
is committed to apply the rates in effect at the time of order and,
subject to availability on that date.
Prices
depend on the fluctuation of the dollar and may be revised upwards or
downwards in the case of an abrupt change in the exchange rate Euro / US
Dollars
3. Postage:
The method of shipment and shipping costs are based on the destination of the order.
4. Regulation:
The ordered goods are paid in cash or in layaway, the method of payment is chosen by the
purchaser from those proposed by our shop:
* Paypal
Store does not have access to details disclosed. As a result
these details are not stored on the server and are called back for each
new
transaction on the site.
* Bank Transfer (The client has 3 days to submit its payment, after this period the order will be canceled if the customer does not inform Wind Dolls by @mail of his payment.)
* Money order, Western Union (The client has 3 days to submit its payment, after this period the
order will be canceled if the customer does not inform Wind Dolls by
@mail of his payment.)
5. Shipment of the order - Delivery:
All orders are shipped with insurance, except for items of less than 0,500 Kg for international countries.
The items listed on the site are sold in preorder or in stock and
orders are checked daily from Monday to Friday. The expedition
carried out on receipt of the payment of the order for items in stock.
For items in preorder, more time is needed. See below:
INFORMATION ON THE AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS IN PREORDER:
The products in preorder are ordered once or twice a month at least for Fairyland products. We order once a week or after the receipt of your payment for our other suppliers' products. The deadline for the shipment of a preordered product is variable
according to our suppliers. A period of four to ten weeks should be
considered for the shipment of a Ball Jointed Doll after placing our suppliers' orders.
Please note before buying that no refund will be accepted when the doll is in production (preorder).
Delivery time is variable to that of the mail for the Post Office.
Generally, for France, delivery is between 48 and 72 hours from the
date of dispatch. For Europe there should be a period of about a week.
For other countries, a period of two to three weeks is expected.
In all cases, we confirm by e-mail the shipping dates of orders.
6. Return an item:
Pursuant to Article 121-16 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a
period of 14 days from receipt of his order to return the product
purchased. Shipping and paypal fees are not refunded.
The right of return will be repeated if the procedure is re-enforced and only if the returns on time
are still sealed. No return for Ball Jointed Dolls and damaged items.
Before any return, the customer must first contact us by email.
The costs of returning mode is to be paid by the sender. We do not refund shipping costs and paypal costs.
In the case of a lost or damaged parcel, please kindly contact us.
We will make the necessary arrangements with the postal services in
order to obtain compensation that we will send you as soon as possible.
We are not responsible for postal services. We insure the goods
according to its full value in a shipment.
7. Esthetic Services
A delay of one or two weeks is necessary to make a face-up or a body blushing. Concerning esthetic services on our customers' Ball
Jointed Doll or head, we are not
responsible for loss or damage during shipment to our shop. We will
contact you by mail when your package arrive. A photo
will be sent by mail at the end of our esthetic work(s), if the makeup or body blushing does not suit you, we will make your face-up once for free. We do not refund esthetic
services in the event of non satisfaction.
8. Devices and Freedoms:
The information requested to the client are required to process
and execution of his order. Datafiles remain internal to the shop and
everyone has a right to access and modify the information on this, in
accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978.
9. Litigation:
These general conditions of sale are governed by the french rights.
Any dispute regarding the interpretation or execution of orders
will be reviewed with great care and will be the subject of a proposed
settlement immediately. In case of unresolved dispute between the shop
and the buyer, only the Commercial Court nearest Store will have
jurisdiction in the matter.
In case of dispute, only the Commercial Court of Cusset (03 - FRANCE) will have jurisdiction.
